This is a new packing machine manufactured by our company that has attained the domestic leading level. It is appropriate for capsule, tablet, large honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, syringe, and irregular form al-plastic, paper-plasti c composite, and al-al sealing packing in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, and medical equipment industries, among others. This machine uses a microcomputer PLC, a frequency converter, and a touch panel for maximum automation; it is an ideal blister packing machine. Feature

1. Servo motor traction (traction by precision leadscrew) with exact synchronization. The travel range can be set in the man-machine interface.

2. Because of the I- marking mechanism, the background of the printed pattern is uniform and appealing.

3. Available for both alu-plastic (hot forming) and alu-alu (cold forming), with the sole difference being a different mould and feeder for alu-alu packing.

4. Different types of feeders handle the problem of packing irregular-shaped items.

5. Five stations, including forming, heat-sealing, batch number embossing, avulsion line impressing and cutting, all use gear mandrel orientation, allowing each to move freely in the mandrel when the hand wheel is rotated, making it easy to adjust and accurately.

6. A new mould orientation mechanism reduces the need for mould changes.

7. The operation region is isolated by a transmission organ, avoiding pollution and making cleaning easier.。
