Characteristic：
3003 aluminum plate is an AL-Mn alloy, which is the most widely used type of rust resistant aluminum. It has a high plasticity in the annealed state, while it has a good plasticity in semi cold work hardening. It has a low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability.

Heat Treatment Process：
1) Complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430 ℃; with the effective thickness of different materials, holding time 30 ~ 120min; 30 ~ 50 ℃ / h speed with the furnace cooled to 300 ℃, and then air-cooled.
2) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ℃; with the effective thickness of different materials, holding time 30 ~ 120min; empty or water cooling.
3) Quenching and aging: quenching 500 ~ 510 ℃, air-cooled; artificial aging 95 ~ 105 ℃, 3h, air-cooled; natural aging room temperature 120h.
